The 21-day challenge is all about forming a new habit of making time for yourself, setting yourself daily goals and intentions, becoming clear on what you want and committing to making it happen.
This challenge will require 20 to 30 minutes of your time every single day for the duration of the 21 days.
It will include a combination of various styles of yoga, including vinyasa yoga, slow yoga, stretching, guided meditations and breath-work, and activities that will kick start you on a path to a new and improved you.
This challenge is suitable for beginner to intermediate yogis or anyone who needs to get back into a self-care routine.
